My Dream

i had one of the weirdest dream man.......the dream defintely lasted more then 3 hrs.... it was full of action, adventure, horror, mystic & confirm drama! It was a mixture of Ninja turtle the movie and the HK serial with the Back to the future phone thingy.

in the dream, i was a kinda of part of the ninja turtle gangy, but i wasnt a turtle, probably just a ninja. hahaha....... then duno how we know got the bad guys invade planet earth, and the setting was based in Singapore, somemore got HDB flats one, then i still remember the bad guys were doing some bad stuff in one of the HDB flats... then i was sent to do some rackie task, clearly remembered i was doing leopard crawl to check on their actions. The scene then changed to me... having to fight one of a monster, but the monster was like a lady lady monster.... ahha... then i knew i was jumping of cars and building with her pursuing hot on my tail! ahha.... then i think i was tired so i decided to stop and fight her..... SUDdenly, i duno why i used TAICHI to fight her...hahaha.. damn funny.....in the end... i guess i won... cos she just disappeared from the scene of the dream. I got to run back to meet up with the rest of the Gang, then i saw a Handphone lying on the table, that handphone was familar, it was maddy's and i told myself... gosh... forget to take handphone again, leave it on the table, always need me to take for her. then i took the hp... and i leap and rushed back to the starting point where all the story began, however, everything looks normal, people were having coffee in the coffee shop and did not seem like aliens have attacked or something.... then sudeenly the Handphone rang and the scene was like the HK Serial where before the phone got connected, it brings the scene to a 3 dimension black hole portal and then... i woke up... 7.40am! walau... my alarm didnt ring!

this actually reminds me of last week, while having the treasure hunt at sentosa with the company, i was team leader for my group and had some japanese collegues in it, basically all ranks above me... i was a small fry.....with a big frame....ahhaha... anyways..... the race took us through the dragon trail.... to the imbiah lookout.... if anyone of you people out there are familar with sentosa, the imbiah lookout is the place where you are see the 7 islands and that was where the british had their battle stations located there in defence of the tiny red dot. Then one of the japanese collegues asked me, " Aaron-san, these big bolts mounted on the floor... what are they?" hahah..... guess what? " i nearly spilled out.... " theese bolts are the bolts that mount the canon that the british wanted to shoot the bloody japanese!!" THANk god that didnt came out! OMG!!! if that came out.... i need to write my resignation letter already..... however, whatever that had happened in the past is the past..... i forgive them as God has forgiven us.

Argon vs cannondale

yesterday was exciting man.... worked till 1045.... then reach home at 11... changed to my cycling gear.... ( basketball jersey, running shorts and my jogging shoes) then decided to cycle to punggol end and back home. Was trying to keep my average speed at 30km/hr, honestly speaking ... still a tiring job to keep at the pace... the journey there was ok... but when coming back, i saw a biker with full battle order, helmets and everything.... his body built also quite good.... so i decided to be childish abit and overtake him for the fun of it......

finally.... my beau is in the house! hahaha.. wow.... a road bike is defintely different from a mTB....the ride is smooth and light.....hahaha..... increased my speed from an average of 26km/hr - 33km/hr effortlessly.....wow.... i think i am going to do quite well in the cycling part... but the swimming... still... abit sian....ahhaahha.. need to buck up....haahaah.... now lingwei confirm cannot catch up with his cycling le....hahahahaah......

my bank now like 0 dollars.....haiya... need to save and save for the rest of the yr... hope to have at least 5 digit by christmas...... need to plan and save for the future... no more spendings from now on......its bread... tuna.... cheesse... and milk all meals from now on.....

My new beau... S$3050 haiya... i think this is by far the most expensive item i have brought/spend one... the 2nd most expensive items should be to the stupid lawer firm philip and lam .... S$2200 if i never forget... hahaha... what a great life experience that was

So... with my new ARgon18, Full carbon frame, shimano 105 crank & derailur groupo set, i think for my 40km cycle at OSim, it would be around 1hr 20min.... my target....hahaha.....the for my swim, i most probably take 40 mins? Elaine told me got 50mins cuyt off point.... so if u cant make the mark, they will drown u or something.... kaoz...... then for my 10kkm run... probably will take 1hr 10mins....heehheee.... so... thats around 3 hrs 10 -20 mins subjected to cramps in the middle of the race....hahahaha...... when my brother signed up for osim through the interent, he immediately msg me that we are paying 99 dollars to suffer ...hahah.. thats crazy! ahahhahha
so good luck to us for the oncoming event....hahaha... i love my life

Nutheads in the gym

Have anyone of u experienced dumbnuts in the gym.... irritating you while you try to work those triceps and biceps? Well......surprising, the gym i work out in has plenty of them, from inconsiderate gym-ers who simply leave the weight handle bar in the middle of the free weights section after their work out to muscle to big and can't think like normal gym instructors who acts like idiots and thinks the gym is actually a playground. ( Not forgetting the dumbass gays who keep checking your crouch area) hahahha
I guess among all this... the most unbearable of them must be those gym instructors, i have actually seen those brain too small instructors kick the gym ball around, across the corridor door into the wieghts section....i have also seen them playing box-ing with each other.... slamming wieghts on the ground as if that concrete was designed to take the impact of ur weights being slammed on them.... poor concrete, i hope the slab was grade 40 concrete with a reinforcement bar density of 250kg/m3 hahahha..... or else... u will see weighs dropping into the shopping mall from the 5th storey very soon.....hahahaah.
what about gays in the gym? i think they are alrite if they stop looking at us in our penis area all the time..... ahahha...... dude... you got your own penis.... look at yours... dun look at others.....need to relieve ur stress and your load? release it among your own groupo..... haahhaah.... dun take off your towels in the steam room infront of others... cos... others might think that their own penis is the only penis they want to see.... ahahahha
k.... later going to swim....... progressive training.....this time round is 12 laps, 1.2km, hope i can swim at least a 2km before the osim triathlon..... not forgetting a 40km cycle and 10km run....... duno lingwei registar already? hahaha...

Life goes on....

So delighted that i actually revamped my rooom yesterday, took out the OLD " sure to get number 1" table i have been using when i was in secondary school.... to repositioning all the cupboards, the TV and queen size bed position. Wat a tough day that was..... but it was worth it..... the room now more spacious.... and do CORE exercises in it le....ahhahh..... however, need to go ikea get 1 to 2 cupboards to fill up all my stuff that i had extract out of the old table....

well... today is a good day! saw someone familar on the train today and went to work together.........have been thinking about life this few days.. and actually came up with a theory about human beings....... but quite subjective....haha

Coming back to the triathlon... now i have to up my budget to 3k for a higher range of ARGON18...... haiya... getting a full carbon one....ahhaha... more ex... more power... more chio.....hahahaha.... go go go... i hope my pay goes up sometime in the near future... i still have alot of dive trips to go......ahhahaha.... i need to finanice all my extreme expensive hobbies.... ahhahahaha

What a way to start my week with..... first went to c2c to view my future bicycle, confirm getting it le, but stock comes july, wonder if i have the time to get use to it or not... cos mountain and road bikes are totally different..... hehehe... elaine also got hers already.....ahahha..... at first only wanted to get a 1k bike, but what the heck, wana buy, get a reasonably good one and stick with it for good! haahah...

this is the first time i am getting something that expensive man! ahhaah..2600.... so... the white or the blue one nicer? ahahahha.....most probably be getting the white one.....

So now...... my next major event will be the osim triathlon coming july....the main objectives to improve participant’s satisfaction level by improving the feel and quality of the event! haahahhaah.... been training very hard for it.. and i only want to put my thoughts to it these days.......
