Ma de! this has officially become a yearly competition season event le.... spraining my leg every one year pre/during season has already been a reality that i have to accept le..... for one year, i have walked the streets with a good and functioning leg, i roam the realm with poise and grace, i rock the courts with speed and agility, however now, i walk like ronald macdonalds who had too much to drink, even my grandmother walks faster then me. It all started with bball again....hahaah...training, monday night, usual mood, finished endurance (boring) training, start to play bball apem sg ONLY 4 v 4, heheheee, songyang marking again, then with the wind in my face i drove the ball into the paint with great ethu and passion making songyang mine, owning him! with my finishing move completed, i landed on his *&^% -ing foot again! Wa!!!!!!!!!! felt 2 twists at the ankle area and before i know it, i was jumping, limbing, shouting, crying, agonising, dancing all around the bball court! what a funny sight though, siao liao, sprained my leg le.... injuried le.... competition over le....train so hard effort go down the drain leh... flushed down the sewer line into the minor sewer.
Reach home le, mum sleeping le... ahahhaha.. no need to kana lectured, leave the leacturing to today evening ba! aahha.. sPrained leg still have to kana scolding! kaoz... sian man everytime, " U So Big le, still bai ka, how you go to work? U like small kid leh! CAnnot take care of yourself" etc etc etc. zzzzzzzzzzz...... heard that a million times le...... But i reckon, once you sprained your legs once, it just keeps coming. Like menustration for girls, once it comes, u see it every month!
mine is just a yearly thingy! haahhaahhaa....
Haiya, for now, i guess its the gym for me le... cannot train on my court fitness, walau, my court fitness now power leh..... thinks to all the sucides i ran! Pray to God that i will be able to walk in 3 days times..
and run in another 3 days times...
haahahahaah...

The only thing i can say is JiaYou le. Getting injuried is terrible, but dun forget, after every injuries you will get stronger. Hehehe.
injuries can make u fat! dun forget that!
if u r looking at running in 6days time.. u shld be able to make it at 4pm sunday leh! wat seems to be the problem? care to share n throw some light on the matter?
