god's quite fair to my life these few days... no complains about it.. besides my bicycle tire punctured indicating that either i had got a lousy bicycle.. or my weigh has escalated significantly....ahah.... i opted for the latter.....hahaha.... Training for triathlon everyday after woork is siong man..... normal day routines will be gym-ing in the afternoon... and cycling, running or swimming in the evening/night. Sometimes will cycle to TP to run.... abit here and there makes up my "well planned" training for the o-chim triathlons end of this month.....
i can feel that my body is starting to pick up in fitness...... ran 6km with hanwen in 25mins....wakaoz..... abit siao... but i reckon it was a good work out.... recently just clocked my 1.5km swim in ard 40mins..... so no worries abt getting disqualified in the swimming part of the triathlon which has a benchmark time of 50mins for 1.5km. Though getting some injuries here and there during training.. but all minor.... training will stop next tues with 5 days to rest for the big game..... so its all train train train and train for the next 7 days..... amen!!! haaha
CHurch last sunday was hilarious...... was sick in the morning .. but maanged to shake it off and go for the lego castle building charity thingy in the afternoon....... then got a cute frd want to take picture.... cos i think she put on makeup or something that day... the first time she is making up i guess.....ahahaha.... so helped her take picture.....though i didnt gave the 1 .. 2 .... 3 count for her.....i did managed to capture a chinese kung fu move by her and that was totally way off the charts for best motion picture, best director, best actress, best soundtrack, best everything... world best! haahha..... i hope she would kill me if i blog this picture....
I always admired her running abilities.... i bet she can easily beat me in a 100m race... now i have to respect her martial arts skills... something which in this life i will not ever engage in... i am a lover... not a fighter..... thats why army time.... i choose to play basketball and not shoot enemies with guns.... k n s... i duno reservist how leh...
take bball and attack the enemy? maybe all those in the department of safsa can all be gathered and form a company...
SAFSA company.... then split to different platoons.... platoon soccer... platoon basketball... platoon water polo.... platoon table tennis... platoon KTV.... etc etc....then war time..... send them in their respective uniforms and equipments to the front line..... basketballers wear their jerseys... Swimmers wear swimming trunks and goggles... then cheong the enemy! Confirm funny..... maybe can propose..... to C.O.D or something.. write him a EMAIL..... cc to all the revelant authorities and parties.... take 3 working to approve.....hahaha
ok.... back to work.... was taking a short break.....
