This few weeks super involved in sports, basketball, BBAXN, Church soccer league, jogging cycling training for Duathlon, 20th May 2007, Gym every afternoon lunchtime. Even thought of diversifying into track and field... increase my phyiscal built in gym, and my stamina in track n field... wa.... confirm scary for basketball and soccer!
Last sunday played soccer with the churchies, against some other church team, and obviously soccer players are like smaller in size, and pretty much not as much phyiscal contact like basketball, was chasing for a loose ball with the opponent, gave him a SLight shoulder knock and he fell to the ground like he was hitted by a truck....gosh...... not my fault! hahaha.... but later on.... i became famous by my ability to throw the ball longer then i can kick! ahhaah.... kaoz! its soccer not bball for gods sake... but all in all... had a great workout....
Wakao...super healthy lo, but not dropping the weight i expect! maybe because my input is equivalent of more then my output! haaha... just finished eating 2 fried tapioca and one cup of super sweet chin chow drink! hhahaha... gosh.... high exercise routine = high metabolism = eat alot! haahha... well ... must start to eat lesser le....hhaah....
Am feeling very regretful that due to my ignorance and insensitivity, i have directly hurt someone so dear to me, haiya...... no choice.....have to buy Hagen daz Green tea Ice cream for a session of apologies..... ahhaha....
Speaking of ice cream!! the Fondue from HAgen dAz boutique is really yummy! haha...40 dollars+ + but.... worth the shot! ahhaha..... too bad they dun have a refill on the chocolate fountion! hahaah... or else i confirm wack the chocolate fountain!!!
very sleepy..... 440! come on..... 40 mins to go... today go home rest early ba.... abit sick! not feeling well... rest my body for a day or so.... recuperate! store power and fight tomolo! haahha...
