My backside kana knee-ed by some idiot yesterday! kaoz.....TMD... now sit also problem....no mood to work.....just feel like laying on the bed and watch TV.

Booming construction industry

In this time where the construction industry is see-ing its last boom before it really turns sunset...... the project i tendering now is put on hold! haahahahahha....walau, funny thing is, upon consulting the client and the consultant, this contract awarding is of something that i have never encountered, the process seems complicated but its really easy to understand though... all the machineries are already on standby, the site management staff, the foreign workers application from B.C.A ( BUilding Construction Authority) everything, approval from my HEAd Office to go ahead to execute the project...but client has some "internal issues" that they have to resolve before the award of contract, well, i personally "under table" had a meeting with the clients and they expressed their interest in our contracting firm, however, "HIGher management has some issues to resolve. No choice, budget come from the management so, really have to arrange a meeting with the management of the client to sit down, look at the contract documents and to discuss the scope of works and the costing for the project. But the client representative look rather pretty, though she like dun really like to talk to strangers, abit cute cute looking, maybe one day can call her out for a dinner date or go to watch "Coach Carter" or "Happy Feet".

*but meanwhile.......... my contract department shut down. All on unpay leave! hahahaha

The Laws of COnstruction

In the world of construction, getting the project is just quite a tendeous process, client decided to build herself a nice building on a nice plot of land, engages consultants to design and plan, calls tender from contractors to construct her building then when the contract is awarded, the builder, headed by the Project Manager then starts to mobilise his equipments, machineries and manpower on site. In the process of building, there will be heaps of obstruction, problems but through meetings , coordinations and site management, all this will be resolved. THus, once everyone is happy, the project is delievered on time to the client and once T.O.P is obtained, client moves into her building and engages the Facilities management contractor, led by the Facilities Manager to manage the building for the nexxt 40 years.
Therefore.....

Rule number 1 of construction..... Dun go and happily do piling for the foundation of the building if the tender is not award to your contracting firm, its rather dumb and funny even though it is a MUlti-million project! ahahahhha.... Like that no monthly progress claim one leh! hahahahaha
SO now... must stop work... and wait for the client to issue the LETTER of Award or maybe got better contractors in the market who can do the job better and take over the piling works of the foundation!


* damn angry yesterday night! Ball game half way turn into WWE monday night Raw, BIG SHOW vs shawn michaels!" haahh.... then in the end... it became ROYAL rumble! ahhahaha......kaoz... stupid Me want to go stop the fight of the century in the end kana "K" by the stupid guy and got flying kick on my ass by another.... the punches thrown was insignificant as i have learnt the art of Blocking at the bodypump classes in Fitness first! haahhaha.... but the kick up my ass did affected me mentally, it was not phyiscally hurting cos my BUTT got heaps of meat! and that idiot reminded me that i gaining weigh! kaoZ! TMD! ANGER MANAGEMENT &%^^*&(^^^&%^$%^#%^%^&%*%^&*$%^$%^#^%^&$%^$!!!!!

New environment = New issues in Life

Nearly forgot i got a blog! ahhahaha... been too busy these few weeks with my new work! Just got posted from HQ to St Regis Hotel site at Tanglin! So anyone working in town interested to meet up for lunch, please buzz me! hahahaha....Funny thing is, i can wake up even later and still be early for work! haahhaa... parkway is not further then Orchard but probably because MRT dun have traffic Jams! hahahaah....

Basketball season finally started! waited one year for it! hhhahaah.... so far, out of 4 matches... won 3..... lost to NUS! kaoz... every year must lose to them? even though they have more teamwork, more stamina, more determination, more of almost everything, but they dont have a cool centre like me! ahhahaha.... maybe i am the fault in the equation! hhaahah....darn! So i will be occupied on all tues and saturdays till April, and hopefully.. this year can get champion. Long time no get champion le..... not much years left in me to have such Passion, basketball now has become a fun thing already! hahahaha.... surprisingly, i am totally enjoying the play time i get on the court!

Determined now to lose the extra pounds... been hitting the gym almost everyday after work when i have the time! Must shed off those fats so i would not get "fats" pinched of my stomache!
very sleepy now... 1030 am only....very sleepy...... someone please hit me with a baseball bat! i am very tired...
