mid year resolution

Went to see the doctor yesterday regarding my swimmers ear.... its actually not that bad just a minor infection.... so he said... since we are done and got sometime... lets take your heart and have a overall health check on u for free....... after doing my heart rate.....which was 50bpm, he commented that i was very fit as the usual for normal people ranges from 70 to 90 bpm. Hhaaha.... of cos .... i being training very hard this few weeks.. of cos i am fit.... then when it comes to the BMI and fat percentage test...... i was concluded to be abit obese with a fat percent content of 24% which is not normal...the normal fat percent for normal people ranges 10 to 20% and i am 4% over.... that sucks... i think i sit too much on the chair and this spare tyre thingy is really storing up... i must do something abt it... therefore... i am setting my lifestyle back to 6 yrs ago.... this also acts as a reminder for me to keep and maintain the lifestyle that have helped me drop 10kg in 5 mths..

1. NO supper/Food after 2100hrs
2. Exercise regularly 10 hrs/week
3. No evil food etc. Chocolates, ice-cream, sweets, gasy drinks... ok la.. minimise this items
4. Ample rest... at least 7.5hrs of rest
5. no acholol except on 31st August 2007

Think with this rules and regulations... i plan to cut my fat percent to 20% by end of yr....

ps: considering to join avivia half ironman..... how? still considering

I prob need to stick to this dieting plan also. But i think I can't make it.
i need to lose 5kg by Dec.
